Making a difficult time more bearable

We would like to thank Shayne and Laura for making a most difficult time a little easier.... They are very professional and helped take the stress away, nothing was too much trouble.
From the first meeting we had with them we knew we could trust them. They provided us with an excellent service and most importantly they never tried to sell us a service that we didn\\\'t require. Many thanks again for your support
