If Carlsberg did Funeral Directors

I contacted most of big funeral directors in Darlington prior to calling Saint & Forster’s. I was not at all confident in their service. They did not give the impression they cared, they did not even ask to know my dad’s name, some just went straight into cost and the current restrictions. It all felt scripted and like my dad would be on a conveyor belt with many others.
Then I contacted Keith at Saint & Forster’s, immediately Keith asked about my dad, he was interested in our story, our loss. They were so helpful from the first call to the last.
When they came to collect my dad from home, they did it with such respect and dignity. They looked after my dad and nothing was ever to much trouble, day, or night they were there.
Saint & Fosters went above and beyond time and time again to make this funeral as perfect as possible. They arranged everything we asked for down to the finest detail.
Extremely professional, caring service and all the staff should be immensely proud in their achievements.
