I must take this opportunity to thank you for the excellence and discretion of your service. Anne's death was a complete surprise and a tremendous shock, but all you and Linda did helped us to come to terms with what happened. Your, and her, understanding of what were at the time confusing and upsetting legalities and requirements saved us much heartache. The service, finally, was just as Anne would have wished it to be. We are most grateful to you.
In the nature of things, I cannot say that we look forward to using your services again soon, but at least I can assure you that we are praising you to others who might need them!
