Thank you so much for arranging my father's funeral on the 21st December. Despite the terrible weather it was a very moving ceremony and my mother has asked me to pass on her thanks to you for arranging everything so beautifully. So many of my relatives commented afterwards on how well you had managed everything - just as my father would have wanted. Once again, thank you so much for your help which did so much to ease me and my family through a very unhappy time.
