Dear Chris, I am sorry that it has taken me a week or so to get back in touch with you after the beautiful send off you gave for us for my son. I remember during the service that you gave us, the song 'Impossible' by James Arthur and I glanced up at you and saw you had tears in your eyes, and that made me have so much respect for you because in your job it must be hard, but you take each person who comes to you like your own. You are such a caring, wonderful man and I am so, so happy that Lisa found you to do the service for us, and the order of service books were beautiful. I can't thank you enough, we took up much of your time even letting your fish dinner go cold lol but you did not mind. When we came into see my son, you never made us feel rushed or anything like that. I will love to pop in and see you when I am passing when I am due back. Please take care of yourself and best wishes to your mum from me.
