Thank you for the professional, kind and compassionate service you provided in taking care of my dear Mum. From the initial contact by telephone to coming to your office to make arrangements, I could not fault in any way the service provided. At a very sad and difficult time when the cost had to be a consideration for us, you supported me in a caring and humane way. Your company really does provide a dignified and more personal alternative to an expensive service.
