Wonderful ceremony
May I please take this opportunity to thank all at Rounce Funeral Services for the Wonderful day and ceremony that you delivered for us on the 22nd February 2016 for our Mothers funeral.
It was indeed the most perfect day (under the circumstances) delivered by Chris with the utmost professionalism and in an extremely empathetic way.
You all really made us feel welcome and took real pride in what you delivered, which in turn took some of the pain out of the arrangements and the day for us.
Please also thank Jan personally for her unbelievable help in making the initial arrangements with us which she made seem so easy and of course the rest of your employees that are not usually seen and work behind the scenes on our behalf!
