Hello Jan,
I would like to thank you very much again for the service you provided to us for Dad's funeral. It went without a hitch with Chris and colleagues there but unobtrusive. We found you all very compassionate and calm. Penny is so lovely. I would recommend you and if we need you again, we will use your services. I hope we don't - meant in the nicest possible way.
