definitely a five star service
Dear Penny,
The family and I were so pleased with all your help and support from the moment John passed until the end of his service at Worthing Crematorium.
We were first impressed with the sensitive way John was collected, then made to feel welcome when we called to check progress. You were so helpful when we were planning his funeral, making sure that everything was covered to our satisfaction and guiding us through the process. It was your attention to detail that made sure everything went smoothly even to the extent of ensuring the introduction on each piece of music was clear so we knew when to start singing.
On the day of the funeral everything went very smoothly and reverently. Many of those who attended commented that the service was lovely and just what John would have wanted. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful and sad time into a relaxed and uplifting goodbye.
