Rude and insensitive

This firm were involved in arranging my mothers funeral and there was a male present who appeared to be in charge or thought he was in charge and he was just rude and insensitive through the entire service. The occasion prevented me from challenging him but I would not use this company if this male was involved. Awful and insensitive.
