Not happy!!

This company arranged my brothers funeral, my brother arrived home on the day,, mine and my sisters flowers were taken and put in the boot of the hearse!! He had flowers on top of his coffin and dad at the front so there was plenty of room either side.!! I was told it was due to time.!! A lot of thought had gone into these flowers and my brother would have loved them.!! I also found them disrespectful, and rude.!! I would never recommend this company.
