My Father passed away on the 9/09/2019 and we as a Family chose S Rigbys to undertake are Funeral arrangements, we are so glad we did. The first appointment we were upset and confused but Natalie talked us through everything what we had to do and guided us. We then returned to go through the details with Cindy and Ray who was the Director in charge of Dad\'s Funeral. We laughed, we cried, we drank coffee. We were made to feel special. All the numerous calls we made to Alison mithering to see Dad. The Funeral due to events happening within the Family wasnt happening for 3 weeks but Ray talked us through everything. When we went to see Dad in the Chapel he looked lovely, peaceful which made us feel at ease. We were able to sit with him in lovely surroundings and feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble they ask if possible to ring before visiting but on a few occasions my Son turned up after work and Joe another Director let him in and never rushed, even though they were due to close. My Dad was a Liverpool fan and on the morning of the Funeral Ray rang and asked us would we like him and the Staff to wear Red ties which was a simple but lovely gesture. The day you dread was actually made special, my Dad Norman was treated with dignity from the moment he arrived, until yesterday when we picked his Ashes up. We cannot express in words how wonderful these people are, there warm, comforting, respectful and most of all Professional. They are not just Funeral Directors they are now are Friends x
Did you know? The funeral directors register was founded in August of 2012, that is 12 whole years! We like to think of ourselves as the first, comprehensive, funeral director reviewing platform in the United Kingdom.
