I cannot praise Richards enough for their kindness, help and expertise in organising my husband’s funeral. They seemed to know instinctively the kind of ceremony we wanted, I.e. a fairly informal celebration of his life and many of our friends commented that it was one of the nicest funerals they had attended. The celebrant, Jim Maltby, hit just the right note in turning what could have been a very sad occasion into a day that my two sons and I will look back on with pride and joy.
