SUCH A POLISHED EVENT

On behalf of my family and myself, I would like to thank you for the efficient, sensitive and caring manner, you and your company dealt with my late wife, Olwyn's funeral arrangements, from our initial phone discussions, a meeting with you and my daughter and myself, at your premises, where you went to considerable trouble to help and explain the options available to us. Your follow up phone calls and liaison with us, proceeding the funeral at Dewsbury Crematorium, on 18th February, were of immense assistance and assurance. We were most pleased with your offer of the digital music library facility, which enabled us to choose exactly the music our loved one had enjoyed.
The arrangements by you for Minister Ian Grange to call on us to discuss my late wife's, life and work, resulted in Ian providing an excellent oration and prayers.
The dignified and professional manner in which you met us at the Chapel, were present during the service and encouraged us to take our time before we left the Chapel, was most comforting to us all.
We further thank Richard, for providing our loved one, Olwyn, with a dignified end to her memorable life, which has enabled friends and family to mourn her passing, with lasting memories of the pleasant way you handled the arrangements for us.
Few present, including myself, will have ever attended such a polished event.
