Our family found Amy and Sam very caring and considerate at all times. In our first telephone conversation with Amy, she explained everything so carefully. We\'d never had a death to deal with before and were totally lost, but she was brilliant - not gushing or falsely sympathetic - but kind and professional. We were guided sensitively with regards what to do for the service, advised wisely as to costs and left the office feeling relieved and confident about all matters. Amy also phoned us the day before to check we were ok. The funeral was just as we wanted thanks to Sam and his team. A horrible time was made so much more bearable by this company. Thank you very much to all.
