Certainly not professional

At brothers funeral, Mr Robertson we considered hopeless, not wishing to upset my sister in law about her choice of under-taker, as I heard he was a bit of a con man. However, I said nothing, he kept trying force, on my sister to part with even more unwanted services at extortionate prices. There were many blunders on the day, his timing was appalling and kept forgetting cues. His \'top hat trick\' didn\'t impress, nor was his forced sadness which we all saw through. My family just realised it all too late, this was all so very upsetting. He was inadequate for basic funeral necessities, and obvious \'greed\' was the motive rather than customer care. He is better sticking to his day job as a \'hawker\'. Furthermore, he demanded payment just \'two weeks\' after the funeral! very unprofessional. Not recommended
