After losing a loved one the last thing you need is incompetent admin staff making arrangements. My mum had a funeral plan which should have made things easier, but it didn\'t. I was constantly onto them so my mum\'s day would be perfect. The actual funeral day was perfect led by a very caring professional funeral director, shame the admin staff aren\'t the same. Now 2 months to the day the donations are just being sent!
