Jamie made the whole experience relaxing, he was very professional and friendly. He helped to make me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the upsetting process. He explained everything in detail and continued to contact me right up until the day of the funeral, he also contacted me the day to make sure I was alright. I would recommend R S Johnson every time.
