At such a difficult time we came across a first rate, caring and very helpful couple in Rhys and Lauren. They took away any worries I had about arranging the funeral and showed care and compassion at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even though they too were going through their own grief. I cannot thank them enough for the smooth running of the day despite a hiccup with the visual tribute at the crematorium (due to the crem's system failing at the eleventh hour!). Rhys made sure we got what we wanted and he was there to guide us every step of the way. I would recommend Rhys and his team without any hesitation. Well done and thank you so so much x
