Understanding and extremely helpful

Stephen has assisted us recently with both our Dads and Moms funeral. He was very understanding and did everything he could to help with some unusual requests. The whole process was really easy with him at the end of the phone and meeting with us regularly. The other staff who work there were very professional and helpful. I dont think the day would have gone as well as it did without their support. We cant thank them enough
