We met Philip Blatchly Jnr. for the first time when we made an enquiry regarding our Mothers death. From the first contact he was compassionate, professional and friendly, he came to our home and really helped us and put us completely at ease about the process of the funeral and cremation. He led us step by step throughout the planning and actual details of the process. On the day he was so compassionate with our children and family, he was there for us before and after. His help and advice was invaluable and we felt that this was an old friend helping us at the worst time of our lives.
