An utterly perfect departure of my step-father, James Paget. From the collection of his body from hospital, to dressing him in his favourite clothes, trimming his hair and moustache and organising every aspect of his return and cremation in Worcestershire, everything was meticulous. They treat the deceased and relatives with such care. An outstanding experience
