After a long illness my husband passed away 17thMarch. I knew his death was coming and decided to ring round to get estimates for funeral costs but P Loftus undertakers was the first and only number I needed to call. Chris answered the call and from the first moment I spoke he was patient , compassionate and knew what to do to help. He didn’t push me into expensive options. When my husband passed away on a Sunday morning Steven attended the house and was caring and let my husband leave with dignity. The funeral was easily arranged with Chris help and advice and we were able to give my husband a send off that was a memory we will cherish. Nothing was too much trouble Thank you to Chris and Steven fir making a difficult time manageable
