Dear Don
We would like to thank you so much, I can not thankyou enough what you have done for our family and more.
From the start who handle the care for Joan at your funeral parlour included steve and becky (she is a very close friend).
Louise when she can to my house to meet the family for the first time such a kind and warm person.
Plus when I met you I could not ask for more the love and care that you gave
me and my family such a lovely place.
The drivers 10/10

Flowers 10/10
The all sad day was lovely and perfect
Please if everyone reads this and as to organize a funeral for there lovely ones.
