Empathy and professionalism together

After our very sad recent loss of our Son. We were unsure which funeral directors to use. So decided to look at the reviews. Molyneux Jones had some great reviews. So as they are a family business decided that's what we wanted.
From the moment we met Malcolm we were put a our ease at such a difficult time as a family. He was sympathetic to our greif whilst be professional. Nothing was too much trouble at all, answered everything we asked. Our Sons funeral was beautiful and carried out to perfection and our wishes. So very glad we chose them & we would not hesitate to use them again. As a family business we cannot fault them whatsoever and would highly recommend. Thank you Molyneux Jones & all the staff from
