It started so well but the last 6 months we\'ve been waiting for changes to an existing headstone, being told to call back every 4 weeks (twice). Was told that headstones were being delivered the following week, but it turns out they had done absolutely nothing at all with our requests for 6 months and had been fobbing us off. They don\'t return calls, are less than honest and entirely clueless to their customers needs. Avoid.
