My Mother died in January and due it being a busy time, organising Minister and Crematorium at same time was difficult. After a few attempts at securing a minister we decided to contact a retired local Minister. I phoned the woman who was dealing with us at McLean's and asked her to contact crematorium to try and find a date which was suitable to all parties. Her response shocked me. 'You guys were supposed to be organising Minister,' she replied, 'I can't keep phoning the crematorium!' I might have understood this if we had been cancelling and rebooking but we hadn't. I left my husband to deal with things as I was too upset.
