Funeral of my wife, mrs Lynette Joyce

29/03/2017

I had a shocking experience using Mayfields. From start to finish. The viewing room was dated and shabby. I wanted my wife to be at home, David? came to view and okay'dit. They got my wife's coffin twisted and jambed in the doorframe, there was me , David and a young girl struggling to get it free. The service sheets were printed on paper and after the proofs and pointing out about the quality of the paper he assured me it would be on card. I felt then and still do today, embarrassed about the cheap service sheets. He and his assistant were harassing me 2-3 times a day for extra monies. He was paid every penny that he'd asked for and as soon as he asked for monies. The only way he stopped immediately , was when I text him to say that I would look forward, very much, to see him in court. I have felt and still do, extremely angry.
So my advice to anyone ready this, you get one chance to do it right, why risk something going wrong. DO NOT use Mayfields.
I do not know what his % of good funerals are, but are you willing to take the chance.
