Disgusted worsh service ever

My children\\\'s father passed away on the 30th April 2016 was taken from the hospital 6 days later has been in the chapel of rest (fridge) since then today\\\'s date 21st may this is not there office no one is there getting hold of the owner is a no go up til now my son can not say goodbye to his dad because he is still not ready for viewing has been told that he can say good bye to his dad on the day that he is laid to rest never heard of such rubbish in all my life would not recommend this funeral service to anyone been told it\\\'s more like a circus
