I had to prepare a funeral for a lovely gentleman called Albert Emslie and Neil at Mark Shaw was so helpful. He went over things making sure I was happy with everything. He phoned me to make sure I understood what would happen on the day and was so professional at the graveside. The flowers we chose were beautiful and Albert would have approved. I will be in touch soon to organise our own funerals so family don’t have to. Would recommend to anyone.
