They 'lost' my flowers

We as a family have used Mahony Ward three times this year however, this time has left me angry and upset. I personally delivered the flowers to Pudsey and told the receptionist who they were for and the funeral time etc the day before the funeral.

After the service at Rawdon my husband noticed they were missing , he queried this and was told they would look into it.

I returned home and rang them a few hours later, and was told they ' sorted it' how they think that delivering the flowers hours later was acceptable and 'sorted' in beyond belief this mistake is unprofessional and unacceptable
