Awful service, would NOT recommend

Absolutely disgusting. No respect for deceased throughout the whole process. Staff are both incompetent and unsympathetic. Premises are both neglected and unkempt. Service is unacceptable and I would never recommend. Appalling lack of attention to detail. No family should have to suffer undue stress on top of heartache and grief. Unfortunately, not even worth the one star rating.
