Incompetent Staff - Do not use!!

Incompetent from start to finish.Staff need re training as they give incorrect information.Premises are cluttered and neglected.Chapel of rest needs rebuilding and re decorating as dirty and uncared for.These were the funeral directors allocated from a pre paid funeral plan to help the family at a distressing time. Had nothing but distress and upset dealing with these funeral directors after promise after promise was broken. Do not use!!! Not even worth a 1 star rating.
