It was fortunately my first experience visiting a Funeral Director, yet from the onset, Darren was incredibly quick to put me at ease and explain the process extremely calmly and compassionately with me. We had many encounters until the funeral and my family and I came to know Darren and his team to be sincerely respectful, incredibly knowledgable and, most importantly genuinely caring. Obviously, over their hundreds of years in the business, the family have grown into a truly amazing, and formidable team; and a true credit to the industry. I cannot possibly recommend M Luckings and Sons more highly.
