We lost my mum is July 2018. I knew that she and dad had wanted to use Lucking\'s but due to her earlier than expected death we had not had a chance to ask them. Roy contacted me as the hospice had contacted him and although this was not the best of circumstances and I had no experience of arranging a funeral he advised me, took charge where needed and made me feel supported. This continued all the way to the funeral. The day had respect, empathy and organisation. I could not have wished for more. Thank you to the whole team for making it the best it could have been.
