Lillian was recommended to us when my mum Pauline passed away 5 weeks ok.she was professional,polite and always respectful. Lillian helped us and advised on everything we asked her. Such a lovely caring lady who gave me lots of hugs when i needed them,it’s been such an emotional time with lots of tears and heartache. On the day of my mums funeral she was brilliant. I would highly recommend her to anybody who asked me! Thank you Lillian for everything you did for us as a family and how you treated us in our time of grief.
