First class

From start to finish Liilian was first class, as at a time when you need a shoulder to cry on , and are at your lowest point.
She talked us through the whole process and then guided us along the way, always with her caring understanding sincere nature.
Cant believe she was half the price of other funeral directors for what should be the same service. However I am so very glad we picked Lillian.

I cannot disagree enough with the four mentioned negative reviews.
