Lillian came to us highly recommended and I can say Lillian exceeded all our expectations of the service she gave to us , she was kind caring and very approachable and understanding , to us it was if Lillian was there as a friend to help us through the process and decisions we had to make and not there as a business woman , everybody that came to my dad's funeral complemented on how good and professional Lillian was .
