Appalling - do not use

The most appallingly insensitive and undignified undertaking service - would strongly warn anyone against using this company. We used them during summer 2016 and were completely shocked at the poor level of service and lack of respect shown. If you're looking for a funeral director in Harpenden Phillips is far, far better. They are not worthy of a single star - had to put one star here in order to leave a review.
