Funeral of the late Mrs M J Heath

Liz and her team are caring, compassionate and ultra professional with a sense of humour that made a difficult time as easy as it could be. I have used this funeral director\'s previously when my father died and was very happy with their service, however they have now moved up to a standard that is at the highest possible level. I dealt mainly with Liz and soon felt like I\'d known her for ever! And also with Andrea regarding the order of service booklets, again that was an excellent experience.
On the day of the funeral Neil and his gentlemen were quite brilliant. They have trained to a standard only reached on a parade ground by elite Guards regiments! I did fear for Neil\'s safety as he walked along a busy road of fast traffic in front of the hearse though. Again great attention to the smallest details coupled with respect and dignity ensured everything went smoothly.
Altogether very impressive and worthy of more than 5 stars. I would recommend these wonderful people without a second\'s hesitation.
