From our initial contact all the way through to the day of funeral, everyone at Kevin Matthews was not only supportive but considerate, kind and thoughtful, quietly listening and guiding us through such sad time, with professionalism and understanding. We have no words to describe though, the level of empathy and most of all, the sincerity in the personal service we were offered. Nothing was too much trouble with all of our requests being met and as a family we can reflect on Mum receiving the organised and dignified farewell she deserved and we wanted for her. Thank you, we are so very grateful to you all for your guidance, hard work and support.
