When you loose a Loved One, you become dissalussioned with almost everything. Normal everyday Tasks seem like an uphill struggle.
I went to 4 Different Local Undertakers, but they all had something missing, until I entered the Door of Kevin Holland.
Immediately I could sense something that ticked all of the right boxes, something that did not overwhelm, but put you at ease.
I felt that even though it is a Family Run Business, they work as a Team, and all of the Staff had Immecable Manners, and just a Total Understanding.
You are treated as an indivudual, and not just another Number, walking through their Door.
The Chapel Of Rest is an Amazingly Calm Place, where you can be with the person you have lost. Amongst the Tears and the Mourning, you also find Solace in Laughter and Joy, whilst paying your Respects, with Dignity.
Robert, with whom dealt with the arrangements, is a Great Man, as he works with you, and Listens and Obsorbs all the information he has collected. After he then Guides you, to what he understands is best suited for your individual needs.
You do not feel pressurized and most certainly you are not seen as an open Cheque Book, with neverending cascading, unnecessary costs.
My Mother wanted, and got a Full Christian Burial, even down to Robert asking me if I would care to walk with him side by side, in front of the Funeral Car, for me it was an Amazing Moment of Respect.
So was I pleased with the service I received from Hollands, of course, everyrhing was just perfect, but more so there was something else.
Even after the Burial, it does not stop there, there is the Headstone, The Ownership Of The Grave Transferel etc, but all through this, Hollands are with you to support and guide you.
I can't finish without saying a big thank you to the Rock in the Team, and that's their Mum. She is a Vibrant and Lovely Lady, and she just has an amazing aura about her, that lifts You, and makes you feel good, once more.
My Family and I would like to say a very Big Thank You for all that you have done, and you certainty did my Mother Proud.
Anybody reading this, I really hope it has helped you, and given you some reassurance, in your sad time, right now.
