I would personally like to thank Ken and Natalie for the professional, caring and loving way that they organised my mum's recent funeral and the compassion they showed to all the family before, during and after her funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were there either in person or at the end of the telephone to give advice or just to talk to. They are both a credit to their profession and I am eternally grateful to them for ensuring my mum was cared for until her final journey.
