Until I was in the position of having to organise two funerals within months of each other I hadn\'t ever given funeral directors much thought, but I know I could not have had anyone better than Grant to work with at two sad and difficult times. He could not have been more professional, kind, thoughtful, tactful or efficient. He told me things I had already asked him three times patiently and his presence was highly reassuring throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.
