Thoughtful and efficient

Jayne gave us a very thoughtful,sympathetic and very efficient service went mum passed away. From meetings with family, making sure we all were happy with arrangements, nothing seemed too much trouble, she organised almost everything in a respectful sympathetic way. We used her own rooms and the area was nicely laid out, food was good and it was a convivial place for all to chat, and she was on hand personally for most of the time, making non pushy suggestions of what to do with flowers etc.
Unfortunately it is not the first time we have had the call to use Jayne, in the last 11 years we have lost several family members and Jayne has always looked after us exceptionally well.
Highly recommended to guide a family through a difficult time.
