The care Jayne took in helping mother and myself when father passed, led mother to leave instructions that Jayne was to handle arrangements when her own time came.

The seemingly never-ending patience, consideration and attention to detail Jayne and her staff afforded every aspect of the arrangements when it did come mother's turn helped make a day of tribute into a very special one indeed.

Feedback I later received from mother's friends who attended, suggested they too were impressed and indicated that I will not be the only one to recall that day with fondness in future.
