Disgraeful service - Rude Woman

I used to think this funeral directors we empathic and understanding, but recently I had dealings with them on behalf of a friend, and found the female manager to be rude and not at all empathic. it was just about the money not the family or their loved ones. Disgraceful, we went elsewhere where we got the respect we deserved. I wouldn\'t recommend them.
