Jason was extremely efficient and professional from the first point of contact late on a Saturday night. He was always very quick to come back to any questions and was round within 30 minutes of calling. He made the arrangements of the service exactly as our wishes, didn\'t try to sell us anything but simply went through what are requirements were and then arranged everything as we had discussed. Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to guide us through the steps necessary for the service to go ahead without any further involvement from ourselves. He contacted the person taking the service and the crematorium on our behalf and had everything ready for the day without any fuss. His professionalism and friendliness at this time was superb and I would recommend his company to anyone who has gone through the loss of a loved one.
