Not welcoming

I can't even put into words how awful I felt knowing I was leaving my precious son in there care although the male staff seem respectful the woman is not and told me info on other people's losses and also details why mocking them. I asked to see my son was told no so I asked to sit with his closed coffin they had forgot to put the name on.. It was very old fashioned no real flowers on show dark and wasn't welcoming at all. was made to feel a inconvenience
