insensitive and unprofessional

my sister passed away on the 22/07/2016 and due to delays with funeral arrangements information was confusing. My brother went to this funeral home on 27/07/2016 and was treated in an abrupt and insensitive manner by a male member of staff. My brother was extremely upset but returned the next day to see our sister. the same member of staff informed him " she's not ready yet " and my brother left, again distressed. I went to the home to view my sister and I was asked, was I relative and could I tell her my name, I was told I would need to wait, and also left without being allowed to pay my respects to my sister.These funeral directors are abrubt, insensitive and unprofessional, not the kind of treatment expected from a profession who should show comapassion and respect for both families and their loved ones
